Job Description We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our dynamic team at The Baton Rouge Clinic, AMC. In this role, you will play an essential part in supporting our Allergy operations and ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care. Your contributions will be vital as we continue to serve generations of families. Responsibilities Assist physician, patient care, scheduling, injections, pre-cert procedures, referrals, Rx call-ins, and phone triage. Must be able to assist with minor surgeries and know sterile technique. Maintain and operate medical equipment as required. Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote patient safety. Collect and document patient information accurately. Support patient flow by preparing examination rooms and assisting with patient inquiries. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills.
