This position is eligible for a $7,500 sign-on bonus As a Surgical Technologist, you are a vital member of a surgical care team. Your responsibilities include assisting the sterile processing department team in preparing and sterilizing equipment and supplies, offering technical assistance during surgical procedures, maintaining records and documentation, and upholding patient safety protocols. You'll assist with a wide range of surgical procedures, spanning from general surgeries to specialty areas such as cataract, dental, ENT, obstetrics, orthopedics, podiatry, and urology.At WinnMed, you'll work alongside a talented and dynamic team, providing an incredible opportunity to learn, grow, and excel in your profession.SchedulePosition works primarily 8-hour shifts during Monday - Friday, 7:00a - 3:30 pm. Hours may fluctuate slightly based on surgery case load (as early as 6:00am).Position includes on-call rotation, approximately 1 night per week, and every 5-6th weekend, and Holiday Call rotation.Open to Part Time or Full TimeRequirementsCompletion of an accredited Surgical Technologist programSurgical Technologist Certification preferredMust stay within 30 minutes of WinnMed when on-callAmerican Heart Association BLS requiredPrevious experience preferred
