An established long-term care facility is seeking two experienced pharmacists for evening shifts in a closed-door setting. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for pharmacists who excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and are ready to contribute immediately. Location: Cherry Hill, New Jersey Schedule: Monday to Friday: 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM Every other weekend rotating Weekend shifts: Saturday and Sunday, either 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM or 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM Responsibilities: Conduct initial and final medication reviews using the Frameworks software (training provided) Dispense medications accurately and efficiently Supervise and coordinate pharmacy technicians Manage a daily prescription volume of approximately 600 Qualifications and Desired Experience: Active and clear NJ Pharmacist license Proven pharmacy experience, preferably in high-volume settings Ability to perform tasks quickly without sacrificing accuracy Perks and Benefits: Opportunity for direct hire with a reputable LTC facility Training provided on Frameworks software to support success Engaged and professional work environment This position offers a challenging and rewarding role for pharmacists who are detail-oriented and efficient.
