We are seeking a dedicated Phlebotomy / Lab Assistant to join a well known fertility clinic in Lone Tree, CO. In this role, you will combine patient care, specimen processing, and administrative support to ensure smooth lab operations and an exceptional patient experience. You will work closely with the Clinical Lab Supervisor and team to maintain the highest standards of quality, compliance, and safety while supporting patients through their fertility journey. *Phlebotomy Certification is required* Location: Lone Tree, CO Schedule: 40 hours/week, Tuesday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (10-hour shifts) & Rotating one weekend shift per month (Saturday or Sunday, 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM) Pay: $22-27/ hour DOE Lab Assistant / Phlebotomy Job duties: Perform phlebotomy procedures including patient identification, preparation, and specimen collection/labeling Process and prepare samples for testing, ensuring proper storage and transportation Assist with andrology duties as needed Confirm patient information and insurance details; facilitate necessary record updates Generate charges, collect payments, route billing, and perform regular billing audits Coordinate with reference and genetic laboratories to manage results and resolve billing discrepancies Maintain accurate logs, electronic records, and RSO documentation Monitor phlebotomy supplies, conduct inventory counts, and order stock as needed Maintain a sanitary workspace and follow OSHA bloodborne pathogen guidelines Operate under the supervision of the Clinical Lab Supervisor and perform other assigned duties Required Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Phlebotomy Certificate required Experience navigating lab software Experience or knowledge of collecting payments for services rendered Why Join Us?
