A school district in Williamsport, PA, is seeking four Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for travel assignments supporting students and staff through the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year. These roles offer flexibility with full-time or part-time hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and the option for onsite, hybrid, or virtual work arrangements. Experienced BCBAs will provide direct behavior support to classroom teams, conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), develop Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs), and deliver training to staff. A key part of the role involves supervising and mentoring "ABA apprentices" - future BCBAs in need of both restricted and unrestricted supervision hours to qualify for certification as efficiently as possible.
