Acupuncturist & Chinese Medicine PractitionerPart-Time Opportunity in Virginia Beach, VAThrive Proactive Health is seeking a Virginia-licensed Acupuncturist and Oriental Medicine Practitioner for a part-time role (2–3 days/week, 10–16 hours). This position is ideal for a confident, independent clinician ready to plug into a busy integrative clinic and manage their own caseload within a supportive, cross-disciplinary environment.We are looking for a reliable, professional provider who is committed to delivering high-quality care, growing their practice, and maintaining clear communication with both patients and the broader clinical team.Role ResponsibilitiesDeliver personalized acupuncture treatments with holistic, Eastern medicine principlesManage patient caseload with follow-up and relationship-building practices Maintain complete SOAP note documentation in EMR Order department supplies and maintain a clean, professional treatment roomUphold professional standards in safety, hygiene, and patient experienceCollaborate with other providers across PT, Chiropractic, Massage, and Fitness as needed with shared patients Participate in niche marketing efforts as a subject matter expert with a marketing team as neededWhat We ProvideImmediate Referral Base from existing patients and internal providers1-2 private treatment rooms Malpractice insurance coverageAcupuncture supplies Front end receptionist team to schedule out patients and triage calls. In-house billing team for insurance clientsMarketing to support incoming new patients.Opportunity to expand hours and case load as desired. Long-term potential for benefits (PTO, CEU support, holiday pay, if converted to full-time)What We’re Looking For: Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac) in Virginia Bonus: Nationally certified (NCCAOM) or similar advanced training Consistent weekly commitment (10-16 hours) Able to work independently yet collaboratively in a busy setting with 1-2 private treatment rooms dedicated for Acupuncture. Excited to work with a thriving practice in a positive, community-focused environment in Virginia Beach, VAAlignment with Passionate about educating and supporting clients on holistic health and wellness lifestyle careAbout ThriveWe are a multi-disciplinary clinic located in Virginia Beach, blending Postural Restoration® Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, Fitness, and Nutrition to deliver proactive, whole-person care.
