Psychiatry APP (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) - Coldwater Full Time | Day Shift Insight is seeking a Psychiatry Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at our Coldwater Hospital (274 E Chicago St, Coldwater, MI 49036). This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive outpatient and hospital-based care while serving the needs of the local community. What You'll Do * Deliver patient-centered care in clinic and hospital settings. * Diagnose and treat a broad range of conditions, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests. * Provide direction for the clinic concerning patient care activities * Participate in the development, execution, and annual review of written policies and procedures. * Participate in review of health records, QI projects, and attend department/committee meetings. * Prescribe and manage medications, treatments, and minor procedures. * Collaborate with specialists. * Document encounters thoroughly and accurately.
