Sign-on Bonus - $10,000 * Loan repayment through the NHSC and Michigan State Loan Repayment Program for select roles * Optometrists are eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness. Essential Responsibilities * Conduct comprehensive eye examinations for patients of all ages * Diagnose, treat, and manage ocular diseases and vision conditions * Prescribe corrective lenses and treatments * Educate patients on vision care, treatment plans, and preventative eye health * Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation within the medical record * Collaborate with healthcare providers and clinical staff to ensure coordinated patient care Qualifications * Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry program * Current or eligible licensure to practice optometry in the state of Michigan What We Offer * Competitive compensation * Comprehensive benefits package * Supportive clinical and administrative staff * Work-Life Balance: No nights.
