Position SummaryYoungstown Area Goodwill Industries is seeking a full-time, motivated and mission-driven Success Coach to support individuals as they build skills, overcome barriers, and achieve meaningful employment and personal stability. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about workforce development, coaching, and helping people reach their full potential.
