This role plays a key part in the planning and development of mental health programs. DESCRIPTION OF WORK This is a professional administrative role involving program planning, administration, analysis, evaluation, monitoring and coordination of community adult mental health programs as a member of the administrative staff and under the direction of the Mental Health Program Director of Planning and Development. This position acts in all Mental Health Program Specialist 1 capacities as needed but specializes in the area of monitoring and coordinating implementation of services. You will function as the direct assistant to the Mental Health Program Director in the areas of data collection and quality assurance. Additionally, you will act as a liaison to: * Consumers, families, and providers of peer supports * Rehabilitative services * Housing and residential programs * Assertive community treatment team * Supported employment and evidence based practices Work Schedule and Additional Information: * Full-time employment * Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. * Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position. * Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. * You will receive further communication regarding this position via email. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: * Two years of professional level experience in the field of mental health; and a bachelor's degree; or * An equivalent combination of experience and training.
