Administer the Internal Medicine Residency Program using resources and systems to assure an effective and compliant educational experience for residents.2. Act as liaison with other School of Medicine and Medical Center Departments and national accreditation organizations (ACGME/RRC).3. Manage residents, external department resident rotations, and elective rotations.4. Facilitate annual recruitment process for applicants using web based Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS), and all resident personnel and payroll actions.5. Participate in the development and planning of curriculum for resident education.6. Implement all components of web-based e*value, a contracted GME Residency Management System that includes schedules, evaluations, duty hours, and other management modules.7. Act on behalf of the Program Director as needed.8.
