This role will manage all hygiene responsibilities, providing patient care with professionalism and efficiency. Our hygienists typically see 6-10 patients per day, with appointment lengths ranging from 1 hour (prophy) to 1.5-2 hours (SRP).Key Responsibilities:Perform comprehensive hygiene treatments (prophy, SRP, adult NP, etc.)Manage patient scheduling, follow-ups, and case coordinationMaintain accurate patient records and charting in EaglesoftCollaborate with our 4-doctor team and support staff to ensure smooth patient flowProvide a calm, professional, and patient-centered experience in a busy environmentQualifications:Current or recent graduate dental hygienist with active licensure (or eligible)Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume practiceStrong communication, time management, and teamwork skillsDetail-oriented and able to remain calm under pressureExperience with digital X-rays and dental software (Eaglesoft preferred)Preferred Traits:Dependable, willing to learn, and efficientCalm under pressure in a busy office settingProfessional, patient-focused, and collaborativeSchedule:2 Mondays/month: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PMTuesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (lunch 1-2 PM)Wednesday: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PMThursday: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PMFridays offCompensation: $38-$40/hourBenefits: Dental insurance, PTO, 401(k) with match, holiday pay, uniform/scrubs, CE credits, fun team events (last year: cruise to Mexico!)Ready to Join?If you're an experienced hygienist looking for a welcoming, high-volume practice with growth opportunities and excellent benefits, we want to meet you!
