Provide structure and supervision for students in a multi-level building and community setting. Establish yourself as a mentor (teach, model, encourage, support, listen) Attend weekly staff meetings and all required company trainings. Co-facilitate activities. Assist and facilitate skills development classes. Document skills development services. Perform other related duties as assigned.RequirementsREQUIREMENTS FOR RESIDENTIAL ADVISOR POSITION: 20 years of age or older High School Diploma or GED Valid Driver's License & reliable transportation Pass a Criminal Background Check through the Utah Department of Public Safety's Bureau of Criminal Identification ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR RESIDENTIAL ADVISORS: Food Handler's Permit CPR and First Aid Certification within 30 days of hire Attend required pre-service and annual trainings
