We're hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local healthcare provider where you'll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders.Minimum Requirements:Associate or bachelor's degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.Current state respiratory care license in good standing with the State License Board (UT) required.Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required.One year experience as an RRT in a hospital setting preferred. Experience in emergency department or critical care preferred.BLS certification required. ACLS and PALS preferred.Experience with mechanical ventilation, arterial blood gas analysis, and non-invasive ventilation required.Ability to work in a Level IV trauma center and stroke receiving facility environment preferred.Assignment DetailsFacility Type: Hospital.Shift Name: Days.Shift Hours: 0600-1800.Shift Type: 12-hour day shift.May be required to float to other facilities within the organization as needed.Location HighlightsVernal, UT offers outdoor recreation near national and state parks and a small-city lifestyle.
