Aftercare Counselors support our afternoon program by providing supervision, care, and a calm, nurturing environment as campers transition to the end of their day.This position involves direct interaction with children, collaboration with camp staff, communication with parents/caregivers, and adherence to state health and licensing requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and care for children ages 8 weeks through 4 yearsSupport daily caregiving routines, including diapering and feedingMaintain a safe, warm, and engaging environmentInteract professionally and positively with parents and caregivers during pick-upFollow all George Cottage, St. Martin's Episcopal School, and state licensing guidelinesWork collaboratively with camp staff to support a smooth afternoon programQualificationsExperience working with children (camp, childcare, babysitting, etc.) preferredComfortable with supervision and hands-on caregivingCPR and First Aid certification requiredSt. Martin's Episcopal School is an equal opportunity employer committed to building an inclusive and diverse workforce.
