American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist for a weekend night shift contract position, requiring ARRT certification and the ability to work independently as the sole technologist on shift covering the ED and inpatient floor.Job Details• Hospital-based CT department covering the ED and inpatient floor,• Weekend-only schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night shifts,• 3x12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM,• Role requires working independently as the only technologist on night shift,• Siemens imaging equipment used,• Epic EMR experience preferred,• 13-week contract,Job Requirements• Minimum 1-2 years of CT technologist experience required; 3 years preferred,• Current BLS and ARRT certification required,• Previous travel experience preferred,• Epic charting experience preferred,• Must be able to transport and transfer patients from stretcher to imaging table,• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible,• License required if applicable,Additional Information• Responsible for CT imaging coverage of the ED and inpatient floor during overnight weekend shifts,• Patient transport and transfer duties are part of the role; assistance from ED staff is available for larger patients,• First-time travelers will be considered for this position,• Former permanent staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 1 year before being eligible to return as a traveler,• No travel pairs or groups accepted,• RTO is limited to no more than 3 days and none during the first week of orientation
