Uses assessment and evaluation strategies in education principals and participates in curriculum design as well as functions as change agent, leader and educator. This position will also serve as the acting manager in the absence of the unit manager. Responsibilities will include managing and coordinating the Critical Care Unit in a manner reflective of the Hospital's philosophy and objective for maintaining required supplies and staffing, and acting as liaison between the Hospital Administration and the staff.
