Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future needs. Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to understand clinical requirements and deliver high-quality leads. Utilize social platforms, databases, and networking to engage passive candidates. Two (2) years experience in recruitment and/or candidate sourcing required. Certification in Human Resources and/or recruiting preferred. High level of proficiency using Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word and Excel, and Applicant Tracking Systems/databases required. Previous experience working independently, developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships, and managing multiple tasks that meet or exceed deadlines with minimal direction preferred. Professional recruitment industry-specific certification preferred. # KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES Human Resources - Possess knowledge and ability to interpret and apply human resources policies, procedures, practices, programs, Federal/State employment laws, labor contracts, and employment agreements.
