Job Title: General Practitioner (Physician)Location: Beaumont, TX Salary: $240k-350kWe are looking for a visionary Physician Leader who is dedicated to making a positive impact on the health and well-being of our patients. In this role, you will serve as a key member of our healthcare team, providing comprehensive medical care while also demonstrating leadership qualities that inspire and motivate others.Responsibilities: Provide high-quality primary care services to patients of all ages, including preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions. Serve as a leader and mentor to our healthcare team, including Nurse Practitioners and other staff members. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement evidence-based care plans that meet the needs of our patients. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research projects to enhance patient outcomes and advance medical knowledge. Act as a liaison between the clinical team and management, providing input on strategic planning and operational decisions. Demonstrate a commitment to patient safety, quality care, and excellence in clinical practice. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Participate in on-call weekend coverage (phone only, shared with Nurse Practitioners) as needed. Qualifications: Medical degree from an accredited medical school. Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or General Practice. Valid medical license and DEA registration. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience practicing as a Physician. Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to delivering patient-centered care and promoting wellness.
