Oahu, Kauai, Big IslandPer Diem Mental Health Therapist (Intensive In-Home) $39-$42/hr | Per Diem | In-person (home + community-based)Hina Mauka Teen CARE is hiring part-time Mental Health Therapists to provide intensive, home-based therapy for youth and families involved with CAMHD. Through hands-on, community-based clinical work, you'll be supporting stabilization and building practical skills that improve functioning at home, school, and in the community.What you'll do:Provide individual and family therapy in home and community settingsRespond to crisis situations and provide stabilization supportComplete clinical assessments and ongoing risk screeningCollaboratively develop and update Mental Health Treatment PlansProvide psychoeducation and skill-building (coping skills, behavior management, communication, etc.)Coordinate with a multidisciplinary teamComplete progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries Required qualifications:Hawai'i LSW, ORMaster's degree in a behavioral health field + 1-year supervised youth behavioral health experience, ORHawai'i-licensed LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC (QMHP-eligible)Also required: Must be comfortable providing services in families' homes and community settings.
