Respiratory Manager Location: Russellville, AR (On-site) Facility: Saint Mary's Regional Health System (Lifepoint Health) Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (coverage for open shifts as needed) Salary: $86,132 - $116,272 (Negotiable sign-on bonus) Role Overview The Respiratory Manager oversees daily operations of the respiratory department, ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and alignment with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Lead department operations including staffing, scheduling, payroll, and performance management Recruit, train, and develop respiratory staff; handle employee relations and corrective actions Manage budgets, vendor contracts, equipment, and supply utilization Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (including HIPAA) Coordinate patient care services with physicians and other departments Provide direct patient care support when required Required Qualifications Certified Respiratory Care Therapist with a valid Arkansas license Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience) Prior management experience strongly preferred Preferred Certifications (within specified timelines) BLS (within 1 month) ACLS & PALS (within 6 months) Additional Details No visa sponsorship available No relocation assistance Reports to Respiratory Director Interview Process: Recruiter Screen → Program Director Interview Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Retirement Plans, Paid Time Off, and more
