IPS is in an exciting growth stage, with multiple expansion opportunities and a focus on developing future leaders within the organization.About the RoleIPS is seeking a Psychometrist to support psychological and neuropsychological testing across both inpatient and outpatient settings in the Augusta market. This role offers flexibility for full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules and involves both in-office and remote testing. You will support psychologists in the administration, scoring, and documentation of assessments for patients in trauma, neurology, behavioral health, and general medicine units.ResponsibilitiesAdminister and score standardized cognitive and psychological assessments including:WAIS-IV, WISC-VMMPI-3, MCMI-IV, PAITOVA and other computerized measuresADOS Observe and document patient behavior and test-taking strategiesWrite up test results and assist in producing integrated psychological reportsComplete clinical record reviews and contribute findings to case formulationsApply DSM-IV-TR and DSM-5 criteria to assist in diagnostic clarification under supervisionCoordinate testing logistics with psychologists and clinical teamsEnsure timely and accurate documentation in the EHRMaintain test security and adhere to HIPAA and ethical testing standardsSkills & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, or related field required; Master’s preferredExperience in psychological testing or behavioral health strongly preferredTraining in DSM-IV-TR and DSM-5 diagnostic frameworksStrong writing and communication skillsComfortable with EHR platforms and Google WorkspaceExcellent attention to detail and ability to work independentlyAvailability for at least one consistent day per week for PRN candidatesWhy Join IPS?Flexible Scheduling: Opportunities for full-time, part-time, or PRN based on your availabilityAutonomous Work Environment: Operate with independence and clinical supportNo On-Call Responsibilities: Enjoy protected evenings and weekendsComprehensive Health Coverage (for qualifying roles): Medical, dental, and vision plans401(k)Personalized Scheduling & Billing Support: Our team handles logistics so you can focus on careCareer Advancement Opportunities: Grow within the organization into specialized or leadership rolesPowered by JazzHR
