Position Summary Medical Imaging Associates (MIA) is seeking a full-time Fellowship-Trained Interventional Radiologist to join our established, physician-led practice in Idaho Falls and Pocatello, Idaho. This position offers a high-percentage IR-focused role within a collaborative, clinically sophisticated environment. Our practice supports a broad range of interventional radiology service lines with opportunities for procedural diversity, clinical growth, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Clinical Overview: * High-percentage interventional radiology practice * Comprehensive IR service lines including interventional oncology, PAD, portal venous interventions, and outpatient vein services * Participation in advanced vascular imaging interpretation (CTA, MRA, vascular ultrasound) * Stroke Center - Large vessel occlusion stroke thrombectomy management required but onsite training and experience is offered. * Outpatient clinic supporting complex consultation and follow-up. * Collaborative care model with referring providers and subspecialty colleagues Practice & Support Structure: * Collaborative IR team environment * Supported by six dedicated Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) * Practice model designed to optimize procedural efficiency and patient continuity * Stable, physician-driven workflow Additional Highlights: * Employed position * Competitive base salary plus productivity-based bonus (radiology-specific workload model similar to RVUs) * Sign-on bonus and financial relocation assistance * Comprehensive benefits package * Outstanding supportive and collaborative culture * Partnership track: One-year for experienced physicians; two-year path for new graduates * Just Culture QA program * Generous monthly stipend available for fellows in training LOCAL PRACTICE AND COMMUNITY OVERVIEW About the Practice: Medical Imaging Associates (MIA) is a physician-led radiology practice and proud affiliate of Radiology Partners, providing access to national resources while maintaining local clinical autonomy. DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE * Board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) or American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR) * Fellowship training in Interventional Radiology * Comfortable with diagnostic radiology as appropriate * MQSA certification preferred but not required * Licensed or ability to obtain licensure in Idaho (additional state licensure supported as needed) * Fellows and residents encouraged to apply COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $600,000-$800,000. Final compensation may vary based on several factors, including experience, training, geographic considerations, and individual productivity. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
