Opportunity The group is seeking a Full-Time CRNA for a highly autonomous, W-2 role. Responsibilities Practice with a high degree of autonomy in a team-care model or independent setting. Provide anesthesia services for a robust caseload, including Orthopedics, General Surgery , and a variety of visiting specialists. Conduct pre-operative assessments, develop anesthetic plans, and manage patients intraoperatively through recovery. Note: This is a No OB position, allowing for a focused surgical caseload. Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure efficient room turnover and excellent patient outcomes. Qualifications Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program. Current NBCRNA certification (or eligibility for new graduates). Valid license to practice as a CRNA in the State of Montana (or eligibility). Ability to work autonomously and manage a diverse surgical caseload. New Graduates: Encouraged to apply; mentorship and a supportive onboarding process are available.
