Clinical Supervisor (LCSW/ MFT) - Los Angeles, CA Job Description Summary: The Clinical Supervisor provides training, mentoring and clinical supervision to Clinical Case Managers and Program Managers working towards licensure to ensure the provision of high-quality, integrated clinical services at our centre. This position is responsible for maintaining the highest quality services and efficiency of programming, while fostering teamwork and integration among staff working at the site. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide individual and group clinical supervision to unlicensed clinical staff in adherence with BBS requirements.Provide supervision and review of clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, assessments, and any other clinical documentation as it arises in the client record in adherence with PHS requirements.Oversee effective referral and coordination of services with social services providers to ensure clinically appropriate services are provided to clients who are working with supervisees.Oversee the screening and intake process and maintain appropriate documentation.Provide interim clinical services to clients pending referral to long term mental health services.Help develop, streamline, and update the intake process to provide timely and effective services to clients.Monitor program enrollment and ensure delivery of services to all participants.Provide leadership in clinical crises.Provide crisis intervention to clients facing medical and mental health crises, including writing LPS 5150 holds.Participate in clinical quality assurance program and ensure the implementation of quality improvement activities within the program to ensure ongoing quality outcomes. Qualifications: Must have an Active, current license as an LCSW or MFT registered with the CA BBS, 2 years post licensure preferred.2 years' experience working with those living with mental illness and or substance addictions, and homelessness post-licensureProficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and database applicationsDetail oriented with excellent time management, organizational, written, verbal, interpersonal, and computer skillsAble to obtain and maintain CPR/ First Aid certificationMinimum 35 WPM typing speed preferred.
