Job Description

OverviewWe're seeking a hands-on Mold Process Technician to safeguard mold integrity, optimize changeovers, and drive root-cause analysis with Engineering, Production, and Quality. You'll ensure traceability, prevent contamination, and help meet production schedules in a safety-first environment.About the RoleDepartment: MaintenanceReports To: Maintenance ManagerFLSA Status: Non-ExemptKey ResponsibilitiesReceive, store, and issue materials, equipment, and other items from stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard.Document mold changes and machine adjustments, including troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.Communicate effective technical decisions to Engineering, Production, and Management to support root cause analysis and corrective actions.Collaborate with production personnel to ensure molded components meet requirements; make adjustments as needed.Provide molded components in a timely manner to meet production schedules.Manage raw mold material to ensure traceability, shelf life, and prevent contamination.Generate documentation on mold runs for traceability and reproducibility.Work with Quality and Manufacturing to ensure product quality aligns with company standards.Follow established procedures to maintain a clean and organized work environment.Ensure safe working practices are followed.Perform other duties as assigned by management.QualificationsEducation: High school diploma or equivalentExperience: Minimum 1 year of related experienceSkillsExcellent verbal and written communicationActive listeningCoordinationCritical thinkingManagement of personnel resourcesMonitoring and operation monitoringJudgment and decision makingPhysical Requirements & Work EnvironmentIndoor and outdoor settings including office, manufacturing floor, and warehouse.Exposure to loud noises, dust, dirt, and smoke may occur.Protective safety clothing may be required (appropriate clothing, shoes, gloves, goggles) as needed.Extended periods of standing or sitting; extensive use of measuring devices and machinery.Able to lift over 50 pounds.Why Join Us?Competitive compensation and benefitsOpportunities for career growth within maintenance and manufacturingCollaborative work environment with a strong emphasis on safety and qualityHow to ApplyIf you're ready to contribute to a robust, quality-focused manufacturing team, please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience to
