Cath Lab Registered Nurse - Safford, AZJob Type : Full Time Position SummaryThe Cath Lab Registered Nurse plays a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care by assisting cardiologists, vascular surgeons, and interventional radiologists with pre-, intra-, and post-procedure care. This role supports diagnostic and interventional coronary procedures, interventional radiology (IR), and vascular procedures in alignment with facility scope.The RN is also responsible for patient and family education, follow-up care, and accurate management of clinical information for patients undergoing invasive cardiology and vascular procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiology, IR, and vascular proceduresProvide comprehensive pre-procedure preparation and post-procedure recovery careDeliver patient and family education, including procedure explanations and follow-up instructionsMonitor patient condition and respond appropriately during proceduresOperate and manage medical and patient-care equipment used in the Cath LabAccurately document patient data and maintain records in the electronic medical record systemCollaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teamsMaintain a safe, clean, and professional clinical environmentRequired QualificationsMinimum age of 18 yearsGraduation from an approved school of professional nursingCurrent Arizona Registered Nurse License or Compact State (NLC) RN LicenseCurrent BLS Certification (American Heart Association - Healthcare Provider or approved equivalent)Current ACLS Certification (American Heart Association - Healthcare Provider or approved equivalent)Minimum of 2 years of critical care nursing experienceStrong knowledge of computer systems, process design, and data managementAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of staff and providersExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishProfessional appearance and demeanorPhysical ability to perform essential job functions, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodationPreferred Qualifications3 years of Cath Lab nursing experienceExperience assisting with CV, IR, and vascular proceduresAbility to operate all patient-care equipment used in the Cath LabPrevious experience with Meditech or similar electronic medical record systems For More Details:Contact: (469)-290-0934 or Email: asra.moosvi@
