Overview: Full Time 5 days 35 - 40 hours a week School Year (per diem summer work available) K -12 Responsibilities: Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans. Supervise paraeducators and other ABA providers while providing ongoing training and support. Build district capacity to support students experiencing behavioral challenges Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed. Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success. Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards. Requirements: Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required. Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field. Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients lives.
