This role goes beyond basic insurance verification - we're looking for someone who can spot trends, flag issues, and help improve our RCM processes using data.Key Responsibilities:Accurately verify dental insurance benefits for patients across multiple payers.Track and document insurance information in an organized and standardized format.Analyze verification data to identify inconsistencies, trends, or missing information.Collaborate with the team to refine workflows and improve efficiency in the RCM cycle.Support EDI setup and troubleshooting, if applicable.Help build light reporting dashboards or summaries using tools like Google SheetsRequirementsKey Attributes We're Looking For:Deep Dental Insurance Knowledge - 5+ years of hands-on experience verifying dental insurance in a practice setting.Detail-Oriented & Impeccably Organized - You double-check everything and thrive on clean, structured documentation.Tech-Savvy - Comfortable with dental software and EDI processes; bonus points if you can use spreadsheets for light analytics or reporting.Hard Worker - Our small team moves fast and works hard.
