In this role, you'll provide outpatient psychotherapy to assigned clients, coordinate case management services, assist individuals in accessing wrap‑around supports, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity of care. Your daily work will include clinical sessions, documentation, and team consultation, all focused on supporting effective and ethical mental health treatment.
