The MLT follows laboratory procedures to prepare, handle, and analyze samples, ensuring accurate results. Additionally, maintaining equipment and supplies is a critical aspect of the role. The MLT works under direct supervision in a healthcare setting.REQUIRED: Associate Degree in medical laboratory technology or related science with an approved training program; or High school diploma and completion of a military medical laboratory procedure course (minimum 50 weeks) with experience as a Medical Laboratory Specialist; or 2-3 years of laboratory work NYS Clinical Laboratory Technician License Apply Now!
