Full-time intensivist works Monday-FridayCall Ratio: APC/Resident on at night so call volume to physician variesAverage Number of ICU Patients Per Day: 18Average Number of Inpatient (non ICU) Patients per Physician per Day: 0Average Number of Admissions per Physician per Day: 3-4Trauma Level/Designation: Level 2Total Number of Beds: 425 hospital wideNumber of ICU Beds: 18Number of Critical Care Physicians in Group: 5The Locum Physician be Required to Supervise Other Health Care Providers The Locum Physician is Involved in Covering/Supervising Teaching Services for IM, FM, and EM residents.Practice Setting: all encompassing- cardiac, neuro, trauma, medical, surgicalVentilation Management Procedures Required: Invasive (ETT/NT/Tracheostomy), Non-Invasive (BiPAP/CPAP)Required Insertions: Central Line, Arterial Line, PA CatheterDiagnostic/Therapeutic Taps Required: Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, Lumbar punctureEstimated credentialing timeframe: ~60-90 daysTravel Reimbursement Information:All bookings must be standard/economyLodging must be within ***/nightAnything else that exceeds this must be approved by the facility
