Come for the job but stay for the challenge! Job SummaryThe Staffing Coordinator (LVN) will ensure that they set schedules in a way that each shift within the facility is appropriately covered. This may involve rotating internal employees to provide quality care in the facility. These professionals are also required to maintain daily staffing reports and record so that each activity is logged properly.
