This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), a student loan payment reimbursement program. See details below. This announcement is Open Continuous. Duties include, but are not limited to: * Examine, evaluate general radiographic exams, such as plain x-rays and bone density scans * Supervise and interpret Computerized Tomography (CT/CTA) procedures with or without contract administration, such as head, neck, chest, abdomen, pelvis and extremity exams * Supervise and interpret Ultrasound (US) procedures, such as vascular, thyroid, abdomen, pelvis and extremity exams * Perform, supervise and interpret fluoroscopic exams, such as GI barium studies * Supervise and interpret Nuclear Medicine exams such as bone scans, hepatobiliary imaging studies, thyroid uptake and scans and gastric emptying studies * Supervise and interpret MRI examinations such as studies of the brain, spine, abdomen, pelvis and peripheral joints * Supervise and interpret breast imaging procedures including screening and diagnostic mammography, breast ultrasound, breast MRI and breast biopsies including ultrasound-guided, stereotactic and MRI-guided VA offers a comprehensive total rewards package. This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), a student loan payment reimbursement program. You must meet specific eligibility requirements per VHA policy & submit your EDRP application within four months of appointment. Program Approval, award amount (up to $200,000) & eligibility period (one to five years) are determined by the VHA Education Loan Repayment Services program office after review of the EDRP application. Former EDRP participants ineligible to apply.
