Field Clinical Coordinator – Key Responsibilities Location:- Waco, TX The Field Clinical Coordinator supports nurses and healthcare teams in the effective use of clinical devices and systems, ensuring smooth installation, training, troubleshooting, and ongoing operational support. Core Responsibilities: • Train nurses and caregivers on device usage, maintenance, and best practices • Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting and technical support • Coordinate installation, setup, calibration, and testing of clinical devices • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, safety standards, and facility protocols • Maintain service logs, installation records, and issue reports • Manage device inventory, replacements, and tracking • Collaborate with clinical, technical, and installation teams for seamless operations • Support telehealth coordination and basic patient monitoring assistance Requirements: • CNA, Paramedic, or Medical Assistant (MA) certification (at least one required) • 2–3 years of experience in clinical coordination, medical devices, or healthcare support • Strong communication, training, and troubleshooting skills • Willingness to travel frequently and valid driver's license required
