A rewarding opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide specialized services within an elementary, middle, and high school setting in Little Rock, Arkansas. This contract position involves working directly with students to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans, supporting their academic and social success. Key Responsibilities: Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students. Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to promote positive behavioral outcomes. Provide training and ongoing support to school staff on behavior management strategies. Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary. Maintain compliance with licensure and certification requirements. Desired Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential. Valid licensure applicable to working in a school setting. Experience working in elementary, middle, and high school environments. Strong skills in behavior assessment, intervention design, and data collection.
