Split time between clinic (3 to 3.5 days/week) and OR (1 day/week). Participate in shared call rotation, including weekends; midwives cover more frequent call. Provide obstetrical care and gynecological surgery, including robotic procedures. Engage in resident education through the OB/GYN residency program (teaching opportunity available but not required). Collaborate with a supportive team in a traditional clinic and call model. Maintain hospital proximity (must reside within 30 minutes of hospitals). Position does not require supervision responsibilities. Candidates should not be seeking alternate shift schedules. Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) available through non-profit status.
