We're hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local hospital in Dickinson, ND where you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders.Minimum Requirements: Associate or bachelor's degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.Current North Dakota state license in good standing at time of submission.Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) verification or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) verification. RRT preferred; CRT acceptable.One year of clinical respiratory therapy experience.BLS (AHA) certification required.ACLS (AHA) certification required.Experience with MEDITECH charting system.Ability to perform arterial blood gases (ABGs), EKGs, and routine respiratory therapy duties independently.Willingness to work with all patient age ranges, including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics.Fit testing requirement: must be able to pass N95/3M fit testing procedures; facial hair that prevents fit test or PAPR use is not permitted.Must not be currently employed as full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity.Required to submit Return to Office (RTO) within 7 days or less for 13-week contract.Preferred certifications: PALS, NRP.Apply now and one of our recruiters will reach out with the details to see if this is the right fit for you.
