Job Description

OverviewMavin Superintendents partner with a designated Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and supervise new construction and remodeling of existing buildings. They lead and oversee subcontractors, foreman and craft workers during the construction phases for designated projects to ensure that corporate, client and project goals are accomplished on time and within budget parameters. Mavin Superintendents lead project teams onsite to ensure that jobs maintain the highest levels of safety, security and quality resulting in satisfied employees, subcontractors and clients. The Healthcare Superintendent should have experience working inside an operating hospital and medical office buildings and experience with new healthcare facility builds is a plus.The DetailsCharacteristics:Highly-Organized, Effective Communicator, Problem -
