DescriptionResponsible for the data gathering and analysis to support required reporting of program milestones, metrics and measures. In addition, responsible for gathering, analyzing and presenting clinical outcome data and anecdotal evidence supporting project and other program funding renewal. Provides support and technical assistance to project team leaders. Will work under the supervision of the QA-Planning and Evaluation Director with moderate latitude for the exercise of initiative and independent judgment.RequirementsMaster's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in business administration, public health, social sciences, or related field with one (1) year research/evaluation experience preferred. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in business administration, public health, social sciences, or related field with three (3) years' experience required. Minimum of 2 experience in research/evaluation, performance improvement, analyzing statistical data, and qualitative and quantitative research methods preferred. Experience in survey processes, technical or grant writing, and development of quality measures and plans.
