Description Life Enrichment DirectorThe Springs LivingPosition SummaryThe Springs Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Director to lead engaging activities and programs that enhance the quality of life for our residents. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing a variety of activities that promote socialization, wellness, and meaningful daily experiences within our senior living community.This is a working leadership position responsible for supervising Life Enrichment staff while actively participating in programs and events.ResponsibilitiesPlan and implement engaging activities that support residents' social, physical, intellectual, and emotional well-beingOrganize events, entertainment, outings, and community programsSupervise and support Life Enrichment staff and volunteersCollaborate with other departments to create meaningful resident experiencesParticipate in care planning meetings to support residents' individual needsManage activity supplies, equipment, and departmental budgetCoordinate transportation and community outingsEnsure activities meet state regulations and community standardsQualifications3-5 years of experience in activities, recreation, or senior living programming preferredKnowledge of Assisted Living and Memory Care regulationsStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to plan events and manage multiple programsBasic computer skills (email, scheduling, spreadsheets, documentation)Physical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the community during activities and eventsAbility to drive community vehicles for resident outings when neededWhy Join The Springs Living?At The Springs Living, our mission is to help residents Live Life to the Fullest.
