Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a high volume, fast paced environment.Serve as the first point of contact for drivers, vendors and customers, providing clear information and resolving routine questions or issues.Perform plant administrative tasks including data entry, filing, document control, timekeeping, and preparation of daily/weekly reports.Coordinate with production, dispatch, and management to ensure accurate scheduling, material availability, and timely order fulfillment.Maintain organized logs, tickets, and documentation to support audits, compliance requirements, and operational reportingSupport workflow efficiency by identifying discrepancies, addressing ticket or load issues, and assisting with continuous improvement of administrative processes.Work EnvironmentThis role works onsite in an active plant environment, supporting both office and operational activities.
