Shift Notes:M-F, 8 hr days- Times are flexible as long as consistent and communicated with DOR. We do ask the therapists start time is before 6AM and no later than 10AMWeekend Requirements:No weekends unless a holiday falls within M-F, then they can make the hours up on the weekend.On Call Requirements:NoneYoull assess needs, design individualized therapy plans, and focus on strength training, fall prevention, and pain management. This role requires 1 year of PT experience, LTC or rehab experience, and a MO State License. New grads with Level II experience are welcome.
