Clinical DirectorJob DescriptionPosition Title: Clinical DirectorLocation: Alleviant Integrated Mental Health (Bentonville, Bryant, Conway, Fayetteville, Fort Smith, Jonesboro, Little Rock, North Little Rock, Rogers)Position OverviewAlleviant Integrated Mental Health is seeking a strategic, people-centered, and clinically confident Clinical Director to lead and elevate our Clinical Team, which includes APRNs and Therapists, across multiple outpatient behavioral health clinics. The Clinical Director serves as a senior clinical leader responsible for aligning clinical operations with the organization's mission, growth strategy, and quality standards.
