Key Responsibilities Assign and track freight loads Maintain dispatch documentation and shipment records Communicate updates regarding freight movement, exceptions, or delays Monitor delivery timelines and ensure workflow compliance Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose process improvements Collaborate with Oregon-based management for operational alignment Escalate operational conflicts as needed Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills Computer proficiency including dispatch/tracking systems Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven Ability to follow structured workflows and procedures Time management and multitasking skills Experience optional; full training provided Work Environment Hybrid and remote Oregon-based dispatch operations.
