Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM 5-hour shifts (potential for 10-hour shifts) On-call required for weekdays and weekends Qualifications: Proficiency in scrubbing open heart and vascular surgical procedures Experience with endovascular cases preferred but not required Ability to float to Main OR as needed Familiarity with Meditech documentation system a plus Professionalism and excellent communication skills Responsibilities: Support surgical teams during open heart, lung, and vascular interventions Prepare and maintain standard OR equipment and ensure patient safety Collaborate with RNs, Techs, and Orderlies in a 1:1 patient care environment Maintain composure and expertise during high-acuity cases Exhibit courteous, patient-focused care at all times Adhere to hospital policies, dress code (hospital-provided scrubs), and unit guidelines You'll work in state-of-the-art operating suites with advanced technology, alongside a team passionate about cardiovascular surgery.
