Position Description N&M Transfer is searching for a Freight Coordinator to join our OS&D Department! OS&D stands for Overages, Shortages and Damages. This position is responsible for daily communication with customers, drivers and internal office staff to track and resolve issues related to missing freight, shortages and damaged shipments. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely problem resolution and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This position hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday-Friday.
