Specialty: NP-Critical Care Hospital Location: Portsmouth, VA Practice Setting: Hospital based Reason for Coverage: coverage while credentialing new providers, will be ongoing need Shift: Friday-Tuesday 7p-8a (five 13 hours shifts) Dates: June Day shifts - 1, 2, 11, 18, 20, 21, 24, 25, 29, 30 July Day shifts - 1, 6, 9, 11, 12, 16-22, 24, 27 Night shifts - 24-27 August 13-17, 20-24 - days or nights will determine when we get close Practice Setting: Inpatient Average Number of Patients Per Day: 13 avg; can range from 1-20 Documentation System/EMR: EPIC Procedures: able to place CVLs, HD caths, and arterial lines Patient Age Demographic: Adult APP will be Working Autonomously.
