We have opened a CRNA Locum need with Hospital in Olney, IL.REQUIREMENTS: Certified CRNA; ACLS, BLS. If confirmed, locum provider must agree to the following requirements: provide locum firm with vaccination records, negative drug screening, and complete physical within 90 days of start date.. LICENSE RESTRICTION: Active IL license is required.SCHEDULE: Schedule consists of Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:00pm and 1:3 weekend call from Friday 3:00pm-Monday 6:30am, pending credentialing, payer enrollment, and completed Health Attestation Form. Ideally, the locum would be able to work through the week and then take a weekend call shift. Call is not in house but must be within a 20-minute response time. The facility needs a person to start in July 2026 or as soon as credentialed and work every day during the week until perm providers are hired.As always, we prefer clean and easy-to-credential candidates please. Please do not send candidates with a lot of malpractice cases and those with high payouts. It s difficult to get privileges approved even when the provider has no pending cases, so please refrain from sending candidates with actively pending cases unless we discuss first.
