We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to join our onsite employee health clinic at our manufacturing facility in Fort Smith, Arkansas. The clinic provides care for employees and their eligible family members. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and independent professional who provides high-quality care while maintaining a professional, patient-centered environment. This role requires strong clinical judgment, sound decision-making, and the ability to work collaboratively with clinic staff and company leadership. The Nurse Practitioner must demonstrate professionalism, respect for patient confidentiality, and a commitment to maintaining a positive patient experience in a workplace health clinic setting. The Nurse Practitioner is expected to maintain a professional, respectful clinic environment that prioritizes patient trust, confidentiality, and positive interactions with employees, family members, and clinic staff. This position offers a schedule of Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.
